• We do meet our clients at the property address you wish to view. As soon as you are interested in a property, we will invite you to the Olympia Estates Property Management office, dedicated to our current tenants. All meetings are strictly by appointments!
  
• As we are covering different areas, most viewing times would be planned in advance and allocated in Viewing slots to combine more prospective tenants.
• There are many viewings going on after 5pm-6:30pm. This is due to the fact that most of our prospective and current tenants are working professionals or students and are busy during the day.
• We are very flexible to conduct Viewings over the Week-End! 
• Please, allow yourself at least 24 hours before viewing the property, as we need to notify the current tenants at least 24 hours prior to any Viewing. 
  
• We put a lot of efforts, time and resources to arrange a Viewing for you: it involves calling and arranging the best suitable time for you and current tenants to see the property, arranging keys, traveling to/from the property. Multiply it by the number of properties you wish to view - you have an idea of time spent on each prospective tenant!  Therefore, we appreciate if you honor your Viewing Appointment! Please, call us in case you cannot make it! 
  
• If you wish to secure your flat, the Landlord will need one week Holding Deposit. As soon as we receive the funds, we will take the flat Off the market and start processing your References
  
• We will need references from your current employer or college and your current landlord or guarantor
